Can you believe it’s that time already? This month hasn’t been heavy with new beauty products for me but I have still managed to round up a few favorites that I have been loving throughout September.
You all know by now that I am a dry shampoo addict and I’m not afraid to admit it. I have mentioned so many times my love for the darker, brown tinted bottles, however this month I have been gravitating towards the Blush bottle and it smells simply amazing. There’s just something about this particular fragrance that smells so fresh and my hair has been loving it. I feel like it’s a lighter formula than the dark toned bottle but maybe that’s just me. Either way, this has been a life saver lately.
The Body Shop’s Chinese Ginseng & Rice Toner
I have never been too fussed by toners, but since being introduced to this particular product, I may well have changed my mind. The scent of this toner is full of life, packs a punch and still smells fresh and sharp. A couple of drops onto a cotton pad is all you need to cover the whole face after your makeup remover routine. Skin feels amazing and refreshed almost instantly, which is perfect for a relaxing evening. I have noticed my face feels softer and more mositurised since using the product too. Coincidence? I think not.
We all love Tanya Burr and her beauty products just keep on pleasing. I picked up the illuminating powder in Champagne Sorbet which is the most beautiful, velvety, soft gold shade and wow does it look impressive on the skin. This is the perfect highlight for anyone’s makeup collection.
I haven’t had the chance to try the Naked Heat palette yet, but I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the perfect high-street dupe (just don’t quote me on that). The palette comes with 16 shades which includes a perfect mix of light to warm tones. Beautiful deep orangey-reds and soft browns galore! I have used this almost daily and the shadows blend with so much ease. The colour pay off and pigmentation is second to none and I couldn’t recommend this palette enough. NYX have of course done it again.
I very recently picked this up in Boots and it’s been tempting me for ages. This primer is very impressive and I much prefer this to the Benefit’s Pore Professional. The formula is incredibly silky and spreads around the face effortlessly. This is an ideal primer and a great base for makeup.
I’ve said enough about this already I know, but it’s been used constantly this month so it deserves to be on this list. Just an incredible mascara!
