I love the idea of exploring different brands and products throughout 2018 and I’m probably a bit too excited about it. So strap in and buckle up because this is going to be a long one.. I have a lot on my list.
So I was casually scrolling through Instagram the other day and was over the moon to come across an unexpected pic of the new Nars Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation that will be hitting the UK on the 15th January. I’m so excited! As I’m such a huge fan of Sheer Glow, I have extremely high expectations for the product and I just can’t wait to get my hands on it.
I’m also quite desperate to grab the notorious Soft Matte Complete Concealer as I have heard so many people rave about it. Curiosity needs me to try it for myself.
There are numerous palettes that I am so eager to grab next year from Too faced, but I’m also really interested in the Hangover range. Although some items may be a little pricey, I feel it may be worth treating myself at some point, especially when I visit Sephora at the end of the year.
A lot of bloggers have been talking about Sleek lately and I haven’t really looked into any of their products yet. Considering Sleek are a high-street brand, their prices are obviously really reasonable so it should be a no brainer when it comes to committing to a purchase. All I need to do is work out what products are going to be winners. If you have some fave Sleek products, please throw some recommendations my way.
Another new brand to try out, but lets face it, who hasn’t heard incredible things about their highlighters? There’s no doubt that Hourglass products would certainly be for an absolute treat as they are not too cheap, but they are still staying on my list because I am loving a highlighter lately and Hourglass make some beautiful ones.
Kat Von D
The more I wear Kat Von D’s foundation and lipsticks, the more I want to try out the rest of her products, particularly the Shade and Light Contour Palette and the Shade and Light Eye Palette. This for me is a winning brand right now so I only hope it stays that way.
Anastasia Beverly Hills
That’s right, I have not yet tried any ABH products yet and I almost feel like a fraud. The Modern Renaissance Palette has definitely caught my eye and I’m determined to grab one whilst I’m on my honeymoon. What amazing shades!
Why is Tarte not big in the UK yet? There are so many wonderful foundations, palettes, lipsticks.. just everything that I will not hesitate throwing into my basket when I have the chance. Just take my money now.
Did I mention I’m going to Sephora? To be honest, I have never actually set foot in a Sephora store (only online) and I can’t wait to spend hours in there (I’m sure Jase will love that). I’m surprised that Sephora offer so many products of their own and as I have been so pleased with some of their skincare, I can’t wait to try some of their own beauty products too. Any recommendations?
Ah Colourpop.. wev’e become good friends this year haven’t we? I have no doubts that my love for Colourpop will continue to grow in 2018, especially after my first large purchase which you can read about right here.
