Have you ever heard of an eyebrow cushion? Me either, until recently that is. A couple of weeks ago I was having some down time watching Nikkie Tutorials when I had my mind blown by the concept of an eyebrow cushion. A totally new product to me and one of my first insights into Iconic’s beauty products.
For those of you who follow Nikkie, her brows are always looking incredible and I knew that this product was worth a closer look if Nikkie herself was impressed. It took approximately 5 minutes for me to commit to purchasing one of my own and that’s before the video had even finished. I was excited to say the least.
A little on the expensive side for a brow product at £26.99, but I have often been disappointed with brow products in the past and thought a larger investment might make a difference. This product just spoke to me. That exciting buzz from receiving the cushion didn’t reduce and the packaging is just dreamy. For such a compact item, the product really jumps out and I’m so pleased. The formula is a wet but non-drip consistency and includes two shades that compliment each other. Shades are available in Fair, Medium and Deep. I opted for Medium which appears to be the most popular for orders right now.
This is one of the most pigmented and powerful brow products I have ever used. The formula is quick drying so won’t budge until you are having a cleanse. One of my biggest and highly appreciated surprises was the brush provided. I very rarely use a brush that comes with a palette or other makeup, but this brush has made a name for itself and I haven’t used anything else to apply the product. It maintains a straight and sharp shape that saves you time having to neaten up with concealer, because it’s really not needed. Hairstroke effects are so easy to achieve and the brush end is very effective too.
Although expensive, I haven’t used any other product since and it’s still lasting and great for travel. If you want to push the boat out a little, give it a go. If I haven’t convinced you enough, take a look at Nikkie’s video here.
