Remove Makeup Without Any Product?

Sephora's Black Magic Makeup Remover Cloths
It wasn’t until recently that I had even considered using just a cloth to remove my makeup. I mean surely a simple cloth wouldn’t be able to remove makeup without some kind of product right? Well I tried out *Sephora’s Black Magic Makeup Remover Cloths to test this theory and the results were quite surprising.

The product itself includes 2 extremely soft square cloths and a travel bag for convenience. Nothing too exciting and of course the cloths have no scent as they are pure from all cleansing products. Instructions state that all you need to do to achieve a fresh, clean face is soak the cloth in warm water and gently work around the face. Simple but I was definitely sceptical.

The cloths are very soft and delicate meaning your face will have no harsh feels throughout or after the makeup removing process. It takes a quick 5 mins (unless you are truly caked in makeup) and honestly very little effort is needed.

I was genuinely surprised by the results. A little grim I know but my cloth (after just one round) was completely coated in old foundation and mascara marks. It was rather impressive and my skin was 99% rid of product. The only areas that needed a tiny bit of assistance were of course the eyes, but if you know me, you will understand that I only really use a waterproof mascara. Even so, this cloth tackled product to the extreme and now I use the cloth every day.

The cloths are such a simple product but I am really enjoying them and glad I gave them a go. Both cloths included are machine washable so you can use these over and over again, which means great value for money. A pack costs only $12 and I wouldn’t hesitate to grab a few more given the chance.

A cloth that removes makeup without any product? It is possible. Who knew?

I use these cloths most of the time, but like you find I have to follow up with an oily cleanser to get all my eye make up off!
