January Favourites

My goodness is it that time already? The first month of 2018 is nearly over which means one thing, it’s time for some monthly favourites. I have been loving quite a few things lately so this may be a long one (grab your cuppa now).

January Favourites

*Too Faced Just Peachy Velvet Mattes Eye Shadow Palette
I’m kicking off the list with one of the best palettes I have tried to date and I’m still just as obsessed with it as I was when I first tried it. This beautifully packaged palette includes 12 gorgeous, matte shadows all of which are beautiful warm tones that you need in your life. This may not be the only palette you will take on your travels but it definitely deserves a place on your make up bag. read more about this spectacular palette here.

*Nars Soft Matte Complete Concealer
By far the most money I have ever spent on a concealer, but I don’t feel bad about it. Having seen this product being used by so many YouTubers, I came to the conclusion that it was worth a splurge and oh boy was it! What a dream formula for the under eyes. Blemishes, redness and any unwanted marks really don’t stand a chance. So would I buy again? Of course I would.

*Nars Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation
It may have the longest name going but it is a foundation that everyone needs to try. For something that I reach for just as much as my beloved Sheer Glow, it’s clear that this foundation is pretty incredible. If you’re looking for comfort, coverage and something that will last all day, this is for you.

January Favourites

*Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick
Not just any one of the wonderful liquid lipsticks but more specifically the shade Plath. A beautiful, dramatic, dark red that will intensify any look. This shade just oozes confidence, even if you don’t quite believe it yourself.

*Urban Decay Naked Weightless Liquid Foundation
Because one foundation just isn’t enough right? My other current foundation go-to happens to be from the wonderful Urban Decay. Enough said? It’s natural looking with great coverage and your skin will undoubtedly look flawless. What’s not to love?

*NYX Dewy Finish Setting Spray
I couldn’t forget a setting spray now could I? I personally much prefer a dewy finish on my skin type and this spray was something that I needed in my life. I am such a huge fan of Urban Decay’s All Nighter but was reluctant to wear it at work due to the not so terribly cheap price. NYX is the perfect alternative for daily use.

*Neutrogena Visibly Clear Oil-Free Moisturiser
This moisturiser is one I had in my drawer for ages and at one point (awhile back) I was using this pretty much everyday. I moved over to the Garnier Moisture Bomb which I still adore but fancied a little break. Back I went to Neutrogena and my skin is thoroughly enjoying it.

What’s on your monthly favourites list? I’d love to know.

Cool! Can’t wait to try these out! Although the last time I bought the NARS concealer it was too dark for me. Hope to try it again in a lighter shade. Awesome blogpost!
