My Current Haircare Favourites

It’s been awhile since I dedicated a whole post to haircare so here we are. My hair has been some what neglected in the past so I decided to explore and invest in hair products that actually make a difference to my hair’s condition. These products have made a big difference and could do the same for you.

My Current Haircare Favourites

Aussie Colour Mate shampoo and conditioner
It’s not often I rave about shampoo or conditioner but these have been amazing for my hair over the last month and I’ve really noticed a difference. Designed to keep coloured hair looking vibrant, these products really do help maintain the condition of your dyed locks. There’s no colour washout during cleansing and your hair is left feeling incredibly healthy. I should also mention that they both smell wonderful due to its use of wild peach extract, no harsh chemical smells here. I will be happily replacing these when I’m near empty.

Lush H’Suan Wen Hua Hair Treatment
Yes, it’s not the first time I have mentioned this hair mask on Thimbles and Spoons but considering I have replaced this countless times, there’s good reason to mention this again. If you really want to indulge your locks for ultimate nourishment and restoration, this is your perfect product. I slather a palm-sized amount of this directly onto my dry hair (particularly at the roots) and leave to work it’s magic for 30 minutes or so. Wash hair as normal and be amazed by the results.. trust me, amazed is the word.

What products have you been using lately. Any recommendations?

I love reading haircare posts because that’s where I’m lacking! I haven’t had many issues with my hair, to be honest I’m quite lucky with it as it grows really quick and doesn’t require much. For me, I struggle with skin. But it wouldn’t hurt to try new products for my hair!

I love Aussie hair care, I use the moisture range. I’ve just opened a new set of Kenra Shampoo/Conditioner so looking forward to seeing how my hair reacts to it, it’s meant to reduce breakage.

Think I need to try the Lush treatment 🙂
