We all need a bit of a mood booster every now and then and I’ve been thinking about the positives lately. There’s 5 particular things that have really helped me feel more positive on a daily basis lately and I’m sharing them with you.
Now this is a bit of a strange one but trying hypnotherapy was one of my goals for 2018. I’m in the middle of sessions at the moment and although my main reason for hypnotherapy comes down to travel sickness when flying, I have been learning a lot of breathing techniques and methods to change my thought patterns for the better. It’s been a real help using these techniques to overcome some daily anxieties and it was a completely unexpected bonus that I really appreciate.
The big day
There’s approximately 7 weeks to go until our wedding day and although that’s a little scary, it does mean that our plans are really coming together and the majority of bills are paid. It’s a much needed relief and my stress levels have started to finally reduce.
With the wedding comes a honeymoon and although we won’t be going away until a couple of months after I’m getting very excited about the prospect of having a break. Even more so when you add Disney into the mix. I’ve been building up my holiday wardrobe and prepping some dining plans so I’m feeling great whilst counting down each day.
Living in England means you get used to some crappy weather and more often than not it’s a drizzly day. Thankfully the sunshine has been making a lot of appearances lately and I just can’t get enough of it. Everyone seems happier in the warm sun, myself included. It’s great for blogging photography too.
Back on track
Finally I feel like the blog is back on track. It’s about time! Since making a few promises to myself and a couple of changes, my blogging mojo has remained in full swing. I’m just loving it!
