There’s been a couple of beauty products that caught my eye over the last month so I decided to pick them up and give them a go. I’ve briefly tried and tested each one and although I haven’t completely dived into each one over multiple uses (just yet), I thought I’d share my thoughts so far.
*Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation
A foundation I’ve wanted to get my hands on for the longest time and one I’ve heard so much about. I’ve worn this foundation only a handful of times but so far I’m impressed. This lightweight foundation is perfect for giving your skin a boost and a radiant one at that. It’s long-wearing, comfortable and has buildable coverage. What’s not to love? I personally am a big fan of a dewy finish so I’m really enjoying this particular foundation. It’s ideal for anyone looking for a natural glow.
*NYX Dark Circle Cream Concealer
I picked this up this concealer as a potential cheap alternative to my beloved Nars Soft Matte Complete Concealer. As it turns out, it’s serving its purpose quite well and it’s ideal for helping clean up those desired brows. There’s not as many shade options and I still prefer the Nars formula but the texture is still beautifully soft and it is great for camouflaging redness and unwanted spots.
*NYX Pore Filler Primer
I’m always up for trying a new primer and something that claims to fill in pores sounds ideal to me. Admittedly I’m not sure I see a huge difference to the appearance of my pores but it’s still early days and the primer does create a good base for my foundation. As it stands now, id say I prefer the NYX Angel Veil primer but I’m still enjoying trying it out.
