Perhaps take up painting, write a novel or building ice sculptures? Whatever you chose, find something you enjoy to invest some time in. You can feel totally fulfilled and if nothing else it can become the perfect distraction
Close your eyes and surround your mind with soft snowflakes. Take some time to tune into your breathing and forget the world around you.
